Lorain County Medical Society Foundation

The Lorain County Medical Society Foundation building, located at 5320 Hoag Drive Suite D, Elyria, OH 44035 was completed in 1991 and houses four businesses, one of which is LCMS.

In 1990 the Medical Society voted to establish a Charitable Foundation in addition to its Scholarship Foundation. This new entity was initially funded through gifts from local physicians as well as medically related businesses. These funds allowed for the down payment for the structure to be built. The mortgage was paid off in 2007. Now, the Foundation can continue with its mission which is to make contributions to needy organizations in Lorain County.
